What counts as an active DODA?

Any registered DODA whose SAT status is not final (cleared, inspection finished, or not found). As soon as a DODA reaches a final status, it archives automatically and frees up a slot.

How is the Business plan billed?

Per active user per month. If 5 people on your team use it, that is 5 × $399 = $1,995 MXN/month. The 500 active DODAs are shared across the whole organization, not per user.

Which integrations does Business include?

Native connectors for Slack and Microsoft Teams (channel notifications), HubSpot and Salesforce (link DODAs to deals/accounts), SAP and NetSuite (sync with your ERP). Webhooks and a REST API to integrate with your TMS or anything else.

How do WhatsApp notifications work?

We send a message to your registered WhatsApp number every time the status of one of your DODAs changes. We use Meta pre-approved templates.

Is my data safe?

Yes. Encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest, per-user access control, and none of your information is shared with third parties without your consent. See our Privacy Notice.

Can several people track the same DODA?

Yes. Each user registers the integration numbers they want to monitor. If two users register the same one, both get notified — ideal for coordinating between carrier, broker and client.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You cancel from your settings panel and the subscription ends at the close of the current billing period. No penalty.

Is there a trial period?
